- Precision and durability: This kitchen knife set is made using a stainless steel patented technique by Arcos called Nitrum, which provides increased durability, hardness, and high precision cutting. Lastly, this knife is made with stainless steel rivets to ensure a better grip and to prevent accidents in the kitchen.
- Ergonomic and safe design: The handle of the knives and scissors is lightweight and has smooth shapes and rounded lines for a comfortable grip. It has been made in polyoxymethylene (POM) so it is highly resistant to detergents and extreme temperature. It can be cleaned using chemicals and is suitable for the dishwasher.
